    Our dreams are HUGE. We want to grow and eventually build our own designed and branded t-shirts, hoodies, surfboards, skateboards, boogie boards, and so much more. We want to make our team bigger and better, become eco-friendly, get partners and associates, build a community and make the surf, skate and beach more enjoyable! Eventually, we want to see you in person and make a physical shopfront and further our community! Support us by giving us feedback and letting us know what the people want!

  • When Did We Start?

    We only just started very recently. We launched Ocean Rafts in mid-October last year and focused mainly on becoming operational, beginning with our t-shirt and sunnies collections and ensuring great customer experiences. We're now focused on providing more products and starting our new upcoming collections during Spring and Winter.

    Ocean Rafts offers a safe platform to provide the best possible customer and retail services. We also offer reliable customer service that will be at your disposal whenever in need! In our catalogues, we currently offer great quality T-shirts, sunnies and house decor on our website and associated platforms. Eventually, we want to offer competitions, prizes, sales and so much more!

Sizing details

Our T-shirts are based on the Australian Sizing Guide. Specific measurements for each size (XS-3XL) can be found on in each product's details section. For the best fit, measure you're length and bust and compare it to the respective sizing guide of that product. Give +-2cm for manual error and decide to go for a larger size for a larger fit or smaller for a tighter fit.

Care instructions

Care instructions for our products will be listed in the products details. They will outline the type of wash and, temperature and further include whether they're suitable for other care methods. i.e. bleaching, ironing, dry cleaning.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Depending on the product, our suppliers ship and package you're new items for the fastest delivery possible. Specifically, your new T-shirts are packaged in 100% recycled and strengthened plastic bags by pollastic. These are 100% ocean-bound plastic pollution meaning they are sourced from recycled ocean plastics to make the earth a little.. a lot .. greener! Our Sunnies and Home Decor are shipped differently via their suppliers through us!

Wholesale availability

We do offer wholesale availability but that just depends on the product and our suppliers. Let us know about it and we'll see what we can do!

How long is delivery?

Delivery specifications are included in the product description. We ensure fast and secure delivery for our clothing that is tracked by us for you via Australia Post (If in Australia). Our Sunnies and Home Decor Collections, however, are sourced from other countries and do not include tracked shipping.

How Long Do We Take To Respond?

Emailing us is the best method of contacting us via oceanrafts@gmail.com. We will try our best to respond ASAP or at most within 1-2 business days! If we don't reply, ensure you're emailing the correct email and/or send us another! We're happy to help!

Does Ocean Rafts accept returns and refunds?

We Sure Do! We have a 30 day refund and return policy. You can find out more about this in our "Returns and Refunds Policy" on the policy page or in the footer sections of each page!
